Some of the folks at work are pretty my my new hawk friend is in fact a Cooper's Hawk. I didn't initially consider it because the representative graphic on WhatBird is the silly little illustration. With the yellow eye coloring, I could definitely buy that it's a juvenile Coopers Hawk.
