On the way up to Kalbarri, we stopped briefly at
Hutt Lagoon. I'd never seen a pink lake before, and it was a really interesting experience. The plants were almost all succulents, and unsurprisingly, there were very few birds. I guess they don't like salt!
The water levels seemed low to me - this was mostly mud. Click for the larger, wicked awesome, panorama.
