I did however make a pretty tasty and healthy dinner. Stir-fried chicken and veggies made with some teriyaki I made myself a month or two ago. Good stuff.
It even looked tasty! At least, compared to dishes I normally seem to make. Thusly:

Looks like the pic looked a lot better on the phone. Oh well. It had no less than 5 vegetables!
