I tell you, the heat for the last couple of days (maybe a week??) has been ridiculous. Temperatures in the low 90s. The heat index today before I left work was 104 degrees! That's simply lame.
On the bright side, there was a brief but crazy storm that rolled through. After the storm, it had dropped to somewhere reasonable in the mid 70s. I took the opportunity to get out an go for a quick run (after the thunderstorm warning/watch had passed, of course). Didn't quite make it two miles - the knee started to bother me a little, although I suspect at this point it's just because I haven't really stressed it much in the past 2 or 3 weeks, and it's a little tight. Anyway, here's the GPS data.
No photos today. Still mostly too unpleasant to get out anywhere. Maybe later this week!
