Lothian's Lost Sea Adventure!

As part of my vacation, I ventured out to the Sweetwater/Tellico area yesterday. Main destinations were Bald River Falls and Lost Sea. I had also intended to do the Mayfield Dairy tour, but ran out of time. My next post will cover Bald River Falls, because I liked it more.

So... Lost Sea. It was kind of neat, but also underwhelming. I think my main issues were a somewhat ditzy and not-so-knowledgeable tour guide combined with some particularly annoying small children. I believe it would be cooler if I could just have walked around on my own. Them's the breaks, I suppose. Still, it got me out of the house, which is rarely a bad thing.

Taking reasonable photographs was difficult, especially without a tripod. Ended up being either flash photos (most of what I posted) or long exposures that were blurry and unusable. Oh well.
