Today's house hunting, Part III

Read Part I or Part II.

We finish up with 2 last houses.

House E was a bit of a surprise.  I apparently didn't read the listing sheet well enough - House E turned out to be a split foyer!  This was troubling, as I don't like split foyers, but this particular one was literally 20 feet away from a greenway entrance!  So, I took a look around anyway.

This home is on a large corner lot, nearly half an acre.  Well maintained, although not many trees.

Inside, it was pretty nice, if you ignore the splittyness of the foyer.

Cathedral ceilings in the living room:

The pictures don't do the kitchen justice, it was awesome.  Great countertop and counters, and a very nice backsplash.  The counters run all around the room, which itself is rather large.

Sad foyer :(

A wall full of builtin bookshelves!

Decent amount of light downstairs:

Concrete porch was well kept and pretty:

We end with House F.  I was pretty beat by this point.

The defining feature of this house was probably the giant stone fireplace in the living room:

Kitchen was nice too, though not spectacular:

Giant, clean garage, very deep:

Reasonably updated fixtures:

Looking down into the living room from the second floor:

The pink just might need to go away...

Happy blue:

Down into the dining area:

Yard was nice too.

The basement was unfinished, but does have heating and a/c ducting run and functional.  Wouldn't be too hard to finish up, and does have pretty good amounts of natural light coming in.

That's the end of today.  I'll be doing some more research into Houses B, D, and E (I think I got those right!).
