Fundamentals of Photography Part 1, offered by the UT non-credit folks - http://www.conferencesandnoncreditprograms.utk.edu/personal/photo/index.html
This session runs through mid-Nov, and I assume another one starts up around Jan/Feb. A lot of the stuff he covers is pretty basic (what is aperture, what is shutter speed, etc.) because the class has lots of folks of all different skill levels. I have learned one or two things in class, but so far the field trip has been a lot more valuable, since I kinda don't really do portraits at this point
Thanks! I was going to take one of the UT classes, I've already taken drawing and watercolor, which were fun--but I like the field trip ideas most of all! I need practical experience, I think.
What class is this, and who offers it/where is it?
