Anyway, here's the GPS data. It's a little off - I forgot to turn it off after I crossed the finish line, so my real time is about 32:15-32:30, not 33:00. My shoe came untied, which probably blew about 15 seconds.

Race: Moonlight for Sight 5K
So, being foolish, I thought the perfect way to end the day after my 8mi hike was to run a 5K. One of my friends at work helped organize this race, and I'd told her I would go. So, I went. And I finished within a minute of my previous 5K time, which is pretty radical after having done the hike earlier. I'm fairly proud of myself, and don't ever need to do something that stupid again. Going forward, hike days shall not also be race days.
This was a pretty neat race. Start time was 9PM. I've never done a night race before, and it was a little different, maybe a little more serene than the couple of other races I've done. It was also very chilly. The course around Watts Bar Lake led to some pretty stiff breezes off the water at times. While nice for keeping the body heat in check, a 10mph wind in your face or across your body while trying to run isn't necessarily the most pleasant things to deal with.
That's it for now. Peace.
